Parkway Resort Accommodation Rates 2011
* PRICES ARE WITHOUT 13 % TAX AND PRICES ARE PER COTTAGE *
FOR COTTAGES, LODGES 1,2,4,5,6,7,8:
A deposit of $150.00 is required for weekly reservations and a deposit equivalent to one days rental is required for a weekend rental (a two night minimum rentals).
FOR LODGE 3:
A deposit of $200.00 is required for weekly rentals and and a deposit equivalent to one days rental is required for a weekend rental.
There are no weekend rentals for lodge 3 during July and August, weekly rentals only and no less than 3 day rentals any other time.
Deposit for all cottages / lodges is refundable less 20 % for processing only if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Deposit is non refundable for weekends and long-weekend rentals or after June 1st for July and August.
A reservation is a firm contract and no allowances will be made for late arrival or early departure.
Visitors are not allowed unless pre-arranged with management.

Housekeeping Units
Our cottages contain: linens, dishes, cutlery, toasters, fridges, stovetops, microwaves, coffee makers,
radios, 3 piece bathrooms with hot and cold water. Personal Towels are not provided.
Gas BBQ`S & Canoes and Paddle Boats are included with every Cottage and picnic tables.
A fire pit is located on the beach.
WE ARE A FAMILY RESORT, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE LOUD PARTIES OF PLAY LOUD MUSIC WE WILL NOT TOLERATE IT AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR 1 NIGHT AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR,
2 NIGHT MINIMUM.
Occupants MUST NOT exceed the maximum limit
per Cottage/Lodge, this includes children over 3 years old.
