There are hiking trails, bike riding, art gallery, visitors centre, and logging museum.
Our guests are kept informed of park events during July and August.
There are canoe routes and hiking trails starting right on our premises and nearby in the park.
If fishing is your hobby Oxtongue Lake is home to small mouth bass, speckled trout and lake trout.
The fall colours of Muskoka and Haliburton are well known and something everyone enjoys.
Also an ideal location for watching migrating and local birds.
There are canoes and paddle boats available to our guests available on request.
If you have your own boat or canoe bring it along and tie it to our dock.
We also have a diving raft and a clean sandy beach, so take a swim or use the Saturn ball or Lilly pad in the water or play a game of Horse shoes,use the swings or play basketball.
If tennis or golf are your favourite past times, Tennis courts are within walking distance at a small fee and there are several golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
There is also Dorset lookout tower which is about 45 minutes away down highway 35 and ragged falls park is well worth a visit to see the water rushing over the falls. There is lots to see and do in the Algonquin / oxtongue lake area.

In our recreation hall there are games of all sorts, Ping Pong, Darts and a football table.
Also there is a TV & VCR and a selection of books and videos for our guests to use.
We also have a gym with a exercise bike, treadmill, stepper etc.
